Ordering & Shipping

All items are made to order. Customers must allow at least a 1 month period before receiving their shipping notification. We hold every order to the highest priority and we thank you for the support of our business.

Why? 

J. Abrams is appreciative of the environment that provides our raw materials to produce our creations. As a form of respect to the environment we call home, we make an active effort to not over consume the raw resources and turn them into a product that do not first have a home. Choosing to follow JA’s lead means you are too being a more conscious consumer. Quality beats out quantity everytime. 

Returns/Refunds

We do understand that sizing mistakes do happen when ordering apparel online, therefore if we have an overflow of items in stock at the time you make a request to return your item we will be more than happy to provide you a replacement in your item. We will not however provide you with a monetary refund simply due to the fact that items are Made To Order.
