Our garments are designed with a relaxed fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. Returns
All sales are final because each item is MADE TO ORDER , we do not offer returns or exchanges. Rest assured despite our no return policy - If an error occurs due to the J Abrams shipping team, we will resolve the issue and provide a replacement or correction at no additional cost. This includes defective equipment - we want this to be a wearable piece not closet clutter.
Processing
Any orders that fall into the stipulation above must submit a request within 5 business days of receiving your item(s).
Refunds
At times we understand special circumstances may occur like items you ordered are no longer in production and we are unable to correct a shipping error we will of course provide the necessary refunds within a 5- 7 business day period to the same card your order was placed with.
